This 1996 bay stallion is now in Arkansas. We were fortunate to have owned him for 12 years. He produced many really good horses and we have several of his daughters in our brood mare band. We also kept many of his other foals for our personal saddle horses. Our ranch is located in western South Dakota just north of the Black Hills. Johnston Quarter Horses specialize in raising athletic performance horses with great minds and super dispositions. These horses are suited for everyone from the professional rodeo competitor to the beginning family.

Forty Two King looks like a replica of King P234 who was used as a model for the AQHA for quite a while. Most of his colts will be 22% or higher King breeding & inherit a lot of the good old King characteristics.
